TGIF! I am happy that the weekend is finally here. I definitely have more free time on the weekends which is good because I usually get to sleep in, enjoy breakfast, and later I have time to fit in long workouts. Since last Fall, I have been really into fitness. My go to workout is running because it is sort of fun and burns the most calories in the quickest amount of time.
I usually do the same ab workouts and I am getting a little bored of my routine. So. below I have put together a bunch of easy fitness routines and inspiration to help feel motivated. When you look good, you feel good. This is an especially good time to get really into fitness and eating healthy because it is bikini season. Enjoy!
